What Is Sound Healing

Sound healing uses calming tones and vibrations to help the body and nervous system relax, reset, and come back into balance. Crystal singing bowls are used throughout the session, creating gentle frequencies that you feel throughout the body.

Sound healing is sometimes also referred to as a sound bath, where sound and vibration are used to quiet the mind and bring the body into a deeper state of relaxation.

Many clients experience a sense of deep relaxation, clarity, and emotional release during and after a session.

What to Expect

You'll lie comfortably on the table, in a quiet, calming space.  Crystal singing bowls are placed on a table next to you and played throughout the session, creating gentle tones and vibrations.

This type of session is often referred to as a sound bath, where sound and vibration are used to quiet the mind and bring the body into a deeper state of relaxation.

​

The sound is designed to be calming and supportive, not overwhelming.

​

Most clients experience a deep sense of calm and relaxation.  Some people feel subtle vibrations throughout the body, while others simply feel quiet and at ease.

​How Sound Healing Is Offered

Sound healing is included in every energy sessions at no additional cost.

​​​

It begins and ends your session with a few minutes of therapeutic sound, helping your body settle in and fully integrate the work.​

​

For those who prefer a focused or longer experience, that option is available as well.​​​​​

Standalone Sound Healing

20-30 minutes: $50

A focused, standalone sound healing session designed for deep relaxation and reset.​

60 minutes (Sound Healing + Massage or Energy Work): $90
