To save time during your first visit, you're welcome to print and complete the new client forms in advance.
If you do not have access to a printer, no worries, forms will be available for you to complete in the studio.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for your forms.
If you arrived late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
