My path into healing work unfolded through lived experience and deep listening rather than conscious choice.​

After navigating two cancer journeys and healing from a serious car accident, I came to appreciate the body as a wise, responsive system -- one that holds memory, emotion and an innate desire to balance.  These experiences shaped the way I approach healing today, with gentleness, presence, and respect for the body's own rhythms.

I trained in massage therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki, completing formal training certifications in each. These trainings, combined with my personal experiences, guide the way I work with each client.

At the heart of my work is the intention to create a safe, supportive space -- one that allows you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
