Begin your healing session with the soothing resonance of three singing bowls, each tuned to support harmony within the body and soul.  As their gentle vibrations fill the space, they help quiet the mind, open your heart and mind to prepare you to receive deeper healing and balance throughout your healing session.

Massage

A focused massage may be incorporated into your energy session to address specific areas of need.  Upon request, a massage gun can be applied to the upper back to help release deeper layers of tension.  Focused massage sessions range from 15-30 minutes, allowing for a personalized and deeply restorative experience. Therapeutic and Swedish massage sessions are also available as a standalone 60-minute sessions for $90.
