Massage

A complimentary focused massage may be incorporated into your energy session to address specific areas of need. Target areas may include shoulders/neck, back/shoulders/neck, feet/calves, hands/forearms.  Focused massage sessions range from 15-30 minutes, allowing for a personalized and deeply restorative experience.

 

60 minute massage sessions are also available as a standalone option for $90.
